RMA Fax Form: Print this document and fax it to the WDL Systems RMA Department (919) 545-2541 for returned merchandise authorization. You may also send an E-mail to our RMA Department : rma@wdlsystems.com.
Warranties
All products sold by WDL Systems have a warranty on parts and labor, except CPU's which have a 25 day warranty period. All warranties are void if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, or attempted repair of parts.
Refund/Credit
All refunds or credits are granted only upon special approval from WDL Systems. Returned products are subject to restock fees 30 days after purchase. To obtain a refund or credit, each item must be returned complete with original packing, and all applicable manuals, software, cables, and without an RMA number written on the manufacturer's box. There is no refund or credit on special order items. Special order items are products not normally stocked by WDL Systems. Products for credit must be returned within 10 business days, or RMA is void.
PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE WDL SYSTEMS IS DEDICATED TO RECYCLING, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE YOUR RMA# ON THE MANUFACTURER'S ORIGINAL BOX. ALL MANUALS, CABLES, AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE INCLUDED. WRITE YOUR RMA# ONLY ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.
